We are looking for co-founders, that are ready to join us in building companies, taking the lead in the department where your talent is the biggest: strategy, product, growth, or customer success.

About the Positions
We want you to take responsibility for the functional area that fits your talent best (strategy, product, growth or customer success) in one of our startups. You love to be hands on and can’t wait to lead the charge.
The positions are very dynamic and multi-sided. These are the most important aspects you’ll be working on:
You validate and improve the value proposition and client profiles. You run experiments to find the optimal price points, to understand the next steps to get to product/market fit. You love the process of designing products/services and figuring out the optimal way to deliver them. You are good at writing stories that communicate clearly.
You are a builder at heart. Either hands-on designer or coder, you understand what it takes to build a really good product. It’s all about the craft and attention to detail that make products a delight to use. You understand this takes focus and dedication. You love it when stuff works. You are able to inspire other team members to push and deliver a better product every day.
You’ve seen the entire process, right from the first marketing message down to closing the deal and onboarding the customer. You know what works, you know the tricks. You have your preferred toolkit to take control of the entire process and start optimizing away. You love to take a chat from the website and close a client on the spot. Demo’s are your middle name and enterprise deals are nothing new.
Making sure customers love you, is the best way to build a business. You want to make a difference for our users. Building an efficient organization that runs like clockwork is what you want to do the most. Analytics are key in this process which is why people call you the master of numbers.
